• 平行進口產品 (水貨)

1. 換貨或退貨要求必須要收貨日起計7日內完成，逾期恕不受理。
2. 貨品內容及其包裝必須保持完好及未經使用。
3. 提出換貨或退貨要求起計7天內，如顧客不能配合本公司回收貨品之安排，而導致本公司未能回收貨品，顧客將被視為放棄該要求而無權再向本公司申索。
4. 本公司保留不予換貨、只予退貨的權利。
5. 顧客如因換貨或退貨時不能使用貨品而引起的所有損失，均須自行承擔。
6. 所有平行進口貨品，皆不予退貨。
7. 所有包裝有開封貼保的貨品，皆不予退貨。
8. 所有需要退貨/換貨必須自行送到BB蝸門市如產生任何運費須自行負責。
9. 所有需要退貨如貨品是免運費寄出，本公司都會收回當次寄出所產生之運費(由$20-$150)。
10. 所有用信用卡支付方法而最後客戶需要退款會收取5%信用卡手續費
11. 不接受無理退貨/換貨
